Ignite is readily customised.  Our clients – all specialist insurance companies – require that our modern web-based systems are bespoke to their needs and processes rather than out-the-box generic functions.  If you are a personal lines broker selling a wide variety of low volume products, then an off the shelf OpenGI solution might be the best for you.

There have been well-publicised issues with downtime at SSP recently - if you have suffered with this then Ignite’s 99.9%+ uptime record will be a relief!

The Full Package

When considering which software system is right for your brokerage, make sure that you’re getting everything you need. While larger systems such as OpenGI and SSP offer a great range of services, some of the cheaper options available such as Scheme Serve, PolicyFlow, or Insly do not offer key features such as aggregator integration, EDI, or accounts.


Future Proof

Upgrading systems every 5-10 years is a major business risk and drain on resource every time.  Ignite is the only recognised insurance software provider to give small monthly upgrades to all clients so their systems never get out of date.
